FOR HOME-SERVICE BUSINESS OWNERS

Your next job
shouldn’t end
at voicemail.

You can’t answer every call while you’re on a job. But you can build a clearer way to capture requests, follow up, and see what happened next.

Learn first. Decide if it fits. No pressure to buy.

THE TWO-MINUTE EXPLANATION

A missed call isn’t
automatically a lost job.

The gap is what happens after it. A reliable recovery process answers three simple questions.

Explore the sample workflow
01

Did the request get captured?

Keep the caller, the request, and the time together—not scattered across voicemail, sticky notes, and memory.

02

Who’s taking the next step?

A record alone doesn’t help the customer. Assign a callback and make the follow-up status visible.

03

What actually happened?

Separate a new inquiry from a booked job—and a booked job from collected revenue. Count outcomes you can verify.

LESS MYSTERY. MORE CLARITY.

Follow one request
from call to outcome.

This interactive example uses made-up information. It shows the process—not a real customer result or an activated texting service.

SAMPLE DATA ONLY

Make the request visible.

A customer asks about a leaking kitchen tap. The request and callback number belong in one record, ready for a person to act on.

Customer contact details need a secure, access-controlled system—not a shared public page.

An inquiry is not a booking.

Where automation fits: logging, reminders, and approved responses can reduce repetitive work. Live call routing, SMS, and integrations require separate configuration, permissions, and testing. Your team still owns service delivery and customer decisions.

A USEFUL CHECK, NOT A SALES TRICK

Do you have a
follow-up gap?

You don’t need a new system if your current process already works. Start with these questions.

WHAT WORKING WITH OFA SHOULD FEEL LIKE

A clear process.
Not another black box.

Understand it first.

We explain the flow in plain language and show a sample before discussing a setup.

Define the fit.

We review your existing call handling, who follows up, and what needs to change. No one-size-fits-all promises.

Agree before activation.

Scope, costs, access, consent requirements, and acceptance checks come before any live customer automation.

YOUR PROCESS. YOUR QUESTIONS.

Let’s see if
there’s a fit.

Ask a question by email or request a short phone conversation. Tell us only what’s useful to start.

What happens next?

1You send your inquiry.

2We discuss your current process by email.

3If a call makes sense, we agree on a time.

No instant booking. No automated sales texts.
Text conversations aren’t available yet.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you ask.

Is this a replacement for my receptionist or dispatcher?

Not automatically. We start by understanding the process you already have. A recovery workflow can support request tracking and follow-up, but it doesn’t replace your team’s judgment or guarantee phone coverage.

Does OFA guarantee more jobs or revenue?

No. Results depend on real demand, your callback process, service capacity, and other factors. Sample records demonstrate the workflow; they are not customer results. Reporting should distinguish inquiries, bookings, and actual collected revenue.

What does a setup cost?

We discuss scope and provide written pricing before you agree to anything. There is no payment or subscription on this page. Provider usage and any recurring charges must be disclosed in the proposal.

Will customers automatically get texts?

Only if a separately configured system has the necessary carrier approval, customer consent, opt-out handling, and successful testing. Nothing on this page activates customer messaging.

What happens to the information I enter?

This version keeps your form entries in the current page only; it does not save them to a server, use tracking cookies, or subscribe you to marketing. Preparing an inquiry creates an email draft. If you send it, your email provider and OFA’s Gmail mailbox process and retain that correspondence. Ask OFA by email if you want your inquiry deleted, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements. No SMS consent is collected.
